9/11/2006. Of course I followed the day's commemorative events. I was surprised to see that polling (MSNBC, Zogby) indicated a significant number of Americans distrusted the government accounts of the tragedy. And consequently wanted an independent investigation. I thought I was just about the only one. The Green Party announced a "call for a new probe". So I issue this campaign promise. If elected I will order an independent investigation. Also I will do everything I can to secure the arrest of OBL.
